My Dream is Guiding Me

My dream is that folks hating work becomes an outdated construct, and that in the future (staring tomorrow) there is no burnout or toxicity, and everyone feels safe, valued and happy. Let’s make that the status quo!

Why do I do this work? It is truly a labor of love; I love to learn about people. I love to help people learn about other people, and I am exceptionally talented at creating community in workplace settings, whether that is a remote location or in-person.

Generally, people who own businesses think their employees are either great or a pain. Business owners often blame others or themselves for any shortcomings in company culture.

Both of these beliefs are wrong.

Human beings are amazingly complex creatures, yet we are all motivated by a short list of wants and needs. Unlocking what is needed in your work place and what you want is where I excel. I have been creating peace and harmony in every work place I have worked in for over 20 years. And I have a formula that works. I want to help you turn your workplace into a workunity; a place where you work, but is also a community.

• I am like you– an amazingly complex human. Perhaps, though, you have not been working on peace at work. Perhaps your focus was elsewhere. Perhaps you’ve had a lot of success. If you have, I can help you build more sustainability into your workplace.
• If you haven’t had all the success you imagined, it probably has something to do with the culture of your work place. I can teach you some simple processes and help you address shortcomings in work place culture. In fact, that is my dream! I actually dream of making your workplace a happy, fulfilling place, that can continue to grow and expand and attract healthy, happy employees. And happy, healthy employees want to work and they are invested in growing their workplace into a workunity!
• Why not give it a try? Worse case scenario, you can keep doing what you’ve been doing. For better or worse, no change is comfortable. But if you want to invest in your future and invest in your company, no matter what level you are at that company, I am here. I am here and I am hoping and praying that I can bring more happiness back to your work!
